Cozumel is part of Mexico. It is a small island that is across the bay from the Yucatan Peninsula (probably spelled that wrong) where Cancun is. Cancun is probably a vacation destination you've heard of. Cozumel is a very popular Scuba Diving destination with the worlds 2nd larges reef next to the Great Barrier.
