The watermark kind of disturbs the picture but I'll try to help.
I love the eyes and the lips, but the picture is so blurry and smudged it doesn't really work.

I know you colored the hair and I'm assuming there was hair over her forehead because I see the strands poking out of her forehead over her other hair. The color of the hair is 'bleeding' into the rest of her face. You should take your time more on doing these kinds of photos because they will take a while to do. Especially around the hair.

Your blurred everything but the hair, lips and eyes which is a little confusing to the viewer. Usually when the eyes focus on something their focused on one area at a time. But it seems like your focused on three separate areas. You should put the eyes in focus, with the texture around the eyes and eyebrows intact and blur out everything else around them if you really want to blur things out. Or with the lips and blur out everything else. I don't think it would work with the hair being focus...

Also, I would get rid of the border... personal preference though, at least change the font to match the subject and get rid of the *

Wonderful look of intensity and stuff on the model though.
